They had to have a bath after that stunt...a real bath...like an in-the-washing-machine bath!
We enjoyed the first Monday of our holiday. We stayed in all morning and did things like make towers out of solo cups...
After lunch, we loaded up a ginormous order of cookies for my Dad's office and headed into town. I had a few errands to run after taking the cookies...the girls begged me to let them stay at the office with my Dad. He said it was fine, so I ran my errands all alone. I got so much accomplished in about an hour and a half. And my Christmas shopping is all done!!
Yesterday was such a great day at church. We had a birthday party for Jesus in Sunday School...the kids really enjoyed that. And last night was our adult choir Christmas musical. We incorporated the children into, and it was wonderful.
I have to share what my friend, Maggie (who is in charge of our children's ministry) gave all of us Sunday School teachers...

Filled with smarties, sharpies, thumb tacks, and a pencil sharpener. Such a fun gift...would be awesome for school teachers, too!
